It's not the fashion. I can definitely see Cynthia being interested in that. It's just the general atmosphere of the screenie, almost femme fatale-ish in nature. Cynthia doesn't seem like the type to lean into the temptress vibes like that, even if she's aware of her femininity. Although it may just be a byproduct of the player ALWAYS interacting with her as a little kid/teenager (same dif really), she seems like a different type of tease. IDK. I don't know just based on anime and games she seems like someone who is less concerned about looks and more concerned about mundane indulgence. I only really remember the scene from the Gen 5 anime where she was excited about food, and in the games where shes generally enthusiastic about history and mythology. Not really a someone who particularly cares about fashion, although I guess her eccentric outfit could easily suggest that.
