What other pokemon would be fitting lore wise to have Wonder Guard as an ability?

Apparently it's called "mysteryous protection" in japanese. If you go by rule of potential users being those that fit the theme, have bad stats, bad movepools (nothing like recover, skill swap, cosmic power, etc.) and at least 2 weaknesses, maybe the following:

What's the lore behind this ability other than he being an "empty shell" like Kyurem, it doesn't really make sense by the effects of the ability

Unown is the only existing pokemon you could stick this on and not have it be broken. Shedinja had to be specifically designed around it to not be broken.

Lore-wise, it's vague enough that you can give it to a lot of mons.
Balance-wise, absolutely nothing. Anything with more than 1 HP would be gamebreaking with Wonder Guard.

Going off Shedinja's precedent fucking anything can have it. They designed Shedinja around having it, but they didn't tie them together in an actually tangible manner.

solid rock is what allows Rhyperior to shrug off the earthquakes and close combats it usually tanks like who is hitting Rhyperior with neutral moves as expects to beat it? wonder guard also doesn't help against willo wisp or toxic that can cripple Rhyperior.

Thinking about this Rhyperior might one of the worse pokemon you could wonder guard to.
