Here's my own version if Pokemon matched the character based on history/personality, the last two are either or
Steelix (ace)
Magnezone (second most common line/electric lighthouses)
Skarmory (third most common line+Johto)
Empoleon (went to Sinnoh +seaside)
Lucario (high friendship and went to Sinnoh)/Mawile (glutton)
Duraludon (rusts easily & needs to be constantly polished)/Goodra (timid)

Here's a version where I tried to make her strongest possible team based on all the Pokemon she has owned throughout the games. Should also mention the first one has a mega Steelix as well.

Since this thread is still up I made this one as well and may make a few more

Blue's OG Champion team already fits him pretty well but I swapped Pidgeot out for Dodrio since Dodrio is just better in every way, and it fits him more personality wise as well I think

Oak was a bit tougher to decide but he's always gotta have that Tauros of his, and Golem is there to counter Agatha's Gengar (and the rest of her team too pretty much)
