I guess I would say FoC > Adventures > Ashnime
FoC has amazing fights and the flashbacks aren't half bad, but it takes a lot of liberties with the worldbuilding. Pokemon use a lot more than 4 moves for example, you should try to be more consistent with the rules.
Adventures is pretty faithful to the games but as I said before the protags on wanked a bit too much. The pokedexes are borderline mystical objects and the dex holders are incredibly special, they acknowledge this too, it just makes me cringe. Then there's the OCs. Yellow is bearable but is pretty close to being a Mary Sue. Emerald is pretty shit, the whole Battle Frontier arc is a mess.
I'm wondering if I should put Adventures over Festival as I write this, Adventures' story does have more meat to it, Festival is just the tournament.
Last goes the Ashnime. It's just has too much filler and it blueballs the viewer too much. Is Ash going to win this League? NO! Is Ash going to get this cool pokemon? NO! Will Ash's reserves come back? NO! The Ashnime can be pretty funny and has some kino like the Paul rivalry, but still it's very long.
