A way they can improve it (especially if you live in some hick ass town in which only has one playe) is redo the entire raid system entirely. Make it so every player needs to be like say level 25, and for each player in the lobby, the better the cp level the Pokémon itself is. That way things like say legendary's can be done in soloed now, but they will be like level 1 and only give up 1 candy per raid and the ivs are no different than overworld pokemon that is outright random.

Even during GoFest, it wasn't always easy to get a group of enough people without remote invites. The more stops added, the greater the spreading out of the thinning player base. Like I've added an entire buttload of stops in my neighborhood, and I assume other neighboors and parks have too, people won't be congregating at the few same places like they did in 2016.

Aside the few discord communities (yes that includes discord/reddit). I feel the spoofing only got worse since both those things occurred. I say since near my place. theres a bunch of players never met or seen prior to June of this year in which all them were using top tier fully maxed out mons in which of course almost all the trainers are level high 40-50. Even reported each account after i actually went to said gym and no one was around as they were knocking out my own pokemon and a few locals pokemon. That was also back in June, and they're still here nearly 3 months later.

To be fair, when they last updated the EX raid criteria in late 2019, it made sure that at least one gym within a mile radius of more than one player was an EX raid gym.

Or you know. Just dont remove remote raid passes at all to begin with considering its still the highest sold item in the shop and with it gone, the shop will just strictly be just for incubators. Not sure why Niantic would kill off their best shop revenue if they intend to make money for a nearly 10 year old game

Definitely not happening. Carbink is the one in the image, not Diancie. They're not going to release a new mythical during this season, we're getting Cosmog line and Necrozma, that's it as far as legendaries/mythicals go. For Halloween we're getting either mega Sableye or Mega Banette, maybe both. There's no way to know yet.

there was a sense of community on the game's release, but that was just the new shiny toy everyone was playing with. After some time, the weather fell colder. Promises of the pocket Go fell through, we only had gen 1 mons for the longest time, no updates in sight, and gyms were gatekept by 3k mons and no one in town could get them. The spark is gone and I can't imagine it coming back, atleast for my generation.

Fucking Niantic, give Aggron better moves. Metal Claw, Iron Head, Rock Slide. Now. It's not like it'd "ruin the meta" with slightly more usable moves. Hell, just to spite the DPS-obsessed faggots who solely use Rampardos for Rock DPS, give Aggron Head Smash as a CD move and make it OP enough to actually give Aggron a usable role as a Rock type attacker. And I don't give two shits about PVP, but they could give Aggron a literal shit ton of usable moves like Thunder Punch, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Power-Up Punch, Dragon Claw, Earthquake, Shadow Claw, Superpower, Icy Wind, Aqua Tail, Incinerate, Outrage, Avalanche, Surf, Rollout, Counter and even fucking Fury Cutter, and it'd still be held back by its two double weaknesses to the point it wouldn't be OP. Hell, even if they give ALL of those to Aggron, it'd still be held back enought by just the existence of half the pokemon in the meta that it'd remain at best a decent pick in Ultra. But no. They can't give it ONE usable move out of like 20 possible ones so they have theoretical moves to give out in theoretical events that may in theory happen in the next 5-10 years. Maybe. I fucking hate this. This is the single biggest problem with this fucking game, Niantic sitting on the fucking content and expecting people to remain interested when they drop 1-3 shitty moves to random pokemon 2-3 times a year. And the fact that I could make the same fucking rant about another 100 pokemon just proves my fucking point. They could give random pokemon new moves every week and they'd still have moves to give out in 2050. It's so fucking stupid. I fucking hate Niantic.

The reason I was interested in when the IVs are determined is because I had 2 encounters today where the weather changed while the Pokémon was on my screen.There was a Voltorb earlier today that initially spawned with a weather boost, but the weather changed to cloudy before I caught it. Then just now I caught a Skiploom that spawned with no weather boost, but then the weather changed to windy and I caught it.

In both cases all 3 IVs were above 4, so Idk if the weather affected them or not.

Weather boost can only affect the levels of Pokémon, they tend to be higher than without the boost. AFAIK there shouldn't be any difference in IVs or their likelihood to be any higher. (Max level in wild is 30, with weather boost 35).
Also, I think that even if a Pokémon spawns with weather boost and is, say, at level 33, it should remain so as long as it despawns even if the weather boost disappears.

Attack contributes more to the CP number. In PvP, where you’re restricted by a CP ceiling, you want to cram as many stat points in as possible while staying below that ceiling. Attack is the one to go since it affects CP hardest.

It's more like you shave off 6 points in attack to get 8-12 points in bulk.
Due to the battle format with damage values rounding down and adding 1, it favours bulk over offense as you need to make sure you're minimising damage received from fast moves.

Have any of you encountered any galar birds late at night (ie at around midnight)?

I like doing late night walks and it feels like a good time to use my incense but of all the times i've done it, i've only ever encountered the birds during the daytime, and i'm starting to wonder if they've disabled them from spawning at night, similar to how they disable raids from appearing. These are long overdue, especially Fairy Wind - there's so many fairy types who can't learn charm and have been catastrophically gimped
Double Kick is well...it's a quick-fix for how fucked Rock Smash and Low Kick are compared to Counter but they should have just buffed those instead

They could have just buffed Ice and Poison or something to give Dragon an additional weakness & resistance instead of inventing another type that just so happened to be a pointless nerf to Bug
Part of why Dragon was so good wasn't even the type - it was having 600BST with gigantic movepools
Of course, having stuff like MoxieMence or Garchomp swinging horizontally and killing entire teams was inexcusable but no one forced GF to add Magnet Pull into the game to give teams an easy way to dumpster the sole Dragon resist

Is Yveltal worth raising up to 50? I have a perfect one at Level 40 and I have some attachment to it because it was my first perfect Legendary. Right now my only Level 50 Pokemon is a Latias I use to Mega Evolve, although I also have enough Candy to power up a Dialga and with 80 more I can do the same for Groudon.
