Full natdex even if it's just post game. But in terms of Shiny wants? Difficulty somewhere between Arceus and prior games. If there's a shiny I want I don't want to spend forever hunting, but how easy Arceus made it sort of takes away some of the fun of hunting.

I am about to start a moon ball Greninja hunt in Ultra Moon and I need to get back to my fossil hunt in SWSH. I'll be going for friend ball Kabuto to match my friend ball Kabutops.

While training my first masuda method success, my Hydreigon, on the Poni Plains I ran into a shiny Mandibuzz. Pretty cool.

Because I've been training my two recently hatched shiny Hydreigons to have all the ribbons and because I started a playthrough of X.

I hope to be able to still MM. Control over nature and ivs helps me create competitive shinies. As well as all the old moves returning.

Deoxys in Go and my first ever Yvettle was a shiny also from Go. I never even ran in to its base for in any of the games...since I some how always ended up picking the version with the deer in it.

getting ready for work. Since it's an overnight I'll most likely bring my 3DS and pick up breeding in gen 2 again. I think I have about a month of time left before my bank sub is up.

Overworld shinies like PLA. The new rumored breeding system is not as horrible as it sounds. Because right now from what little "info" we have, it sounds like instead of running in circles to get an egg we will have to interact with our mons in the new version of the camp system. I really hope they give you multiple eggs or hatching shinies in this gen is gonna be a nightmare. The last thing I really hope for is by the end of the DLC cycle every single mon missing from the gen 8 dex is in.. I don't like keeping all those mons sitting in home.

Started first targeted shiny hunt I’ve ever done for a Palossand because I got one full odds in a romhack and really wanted it for reals. Took less than 100 encounters in SOS battles. This was my better prepared run, really didn’t expect it to go that well though.

Just hope the egg mechanics isn't gimped too hard, wild hunting like in PLA is fun, but without the ability to single out mons via consistant breeding, it could get irritating for certain mons like those distortion fossils

not him but no, i remember even when usum were relatively new the only shinies i found through it were hacked (only ones i can really remember is a level 45-50 kyogre and an audino even though wormhole shinies are stupid easy to find). at least i got a couple gold bottle caps out of it.

Such a good shiny. Some tips for people looking to do the corruption method. Replacing the battery makes the window for the corruption much easier. I got my resets down to about a minute and 20-39 seconds each with a good rhythm.
