>>51691110Seen many low sub channel videos posted in-thread recently, always captioned with "I don't feel so good...." always feels like a pitiful attempt at garnering a handful of extra views from the channel owner.
Anyway, I gave it a view & I don't really get the point of that video. Fakes have always existed and yes the scammers do try to improve, nothing new here. The tittle is obviously click bait and an hyperbole because when he goes to explain why, it's speculative, nothing to support it. Just says that since "it would be hard to identify which one is real and which one is fake" that would mean "all prices go down to zero". Kek. No fucking way, even if a convincing fake was going around. Since he brought no supporting argument to the table, I counter with saying that it would actually increase the value of a card (if let's say the Alt Art Aerodactyl was perfectly counterfeited and mass sold, then it would create a mentality of "Oh shit, mine is real" vs "Oh shit mine is a fake" and the people who owned the real one could just inflate the price, cause why not theirs is the real deal). Later half of the video just goes on to say not to worry until they can replicate non-holo commons, though he uses the scream Psyduck as an example, bad example in my opinion I don't think counterfeiters would want to fake such a card since it would receive more scrutiny/inspection than, let's say, a Glaceon VMAX... I also love when people account for their years of "expertise" in a domain starting from elementary school because they collected since childhood.
