He's a boar, he SHOULD be ugly. But he's not "just ugly", he's also a badass with an awesome design who is fiercely loyal. He'll fight to his last breath for his trainer. He seems like a dumb brute at first but he actually has more intelligence and emotional depth than he lets on, and more than other Pokémon that actually are dumb brutes. He's a true heromon.
