Corviknight flies whether its being a taxi or not. It doesn't say the attacks keep it from flying, it says they keep it from being a taxi. So, this means that Corviknight is not threatened by the attacks at all, and is fine on its own. The only reason it can't taxi is being the Tinkatons pose a threat to the passengers.

There should be some campaign launched to kill all these fucking abominations who threaten the Corvi taxi service.

A predator is just something that preys on something else, it's not indicative of how threatening they are. In Paldea Corviknight has a natural predator in Tinkaton. This just means that Tinkaton preys on Corviknight. How much of a threat they are is up for interpretation. They're clearly somewhat threatening since Tinkaton's hammer is at least partially made of Corviknight armor, but the fact that Corviknight's Dex entry chooses to focus on the threat to its passengers instead of itself says a lot, at least to me. We've gotten entries in the past that flat-out stated Pokemon in predator-prey relationships devour their prey. Tinkaton could be fucking brutalizing Corviknight's left and right by sniping them out of the sky, or it could merely be knocking pieces of their armor off or just scavenging them. There's a fair bit left to interpretation here.

They've gone to great lengths to excise the real world from their kiddy monster collector and go more to paint their world as one where there's both help and harm in both humans and pokémon. Doesn't impact the gameplay mechanics, doesn't change the lore of the universe. It just is and talking about it must be done from a viewpoint that is not rooted in the real world.
