Yeah, heaven forbid every fucking bulky water type has a 30% chance to completely ruin most switch ins for the entire match without some specific bullshit or being a fire type WHICH IS WEAK TO WATER.
Making a move with a high chance to cause burns also be super effective on the only type immune to burns is absolutely mind bogglingly stupid that I'm surprised that Scald's only nerf was thawing out the target in Gen 6.
