I've been playing Pokemon games since 1998 and SV is not that bad.
SV is not whatever your favorite Pokemon game was, that's for sure but then again SV isn’t trying to be like previous installments. SV is not so bad that the graphics issues and frame rate drops make it "the worst game ever made" those things don't even make it "unplayable."
People saying these things are retarded contrarian lemmings who will love the game in a few months. (You)'ll see, they will all be shilling it harder than I am by January.

SV is selling its self on the open world gimmick alone which was obviously a mistake. PLA demystified what an open world Pokemon game might play like so its like GF/Nintendo blew their load early.
“DLC will make it good/playable” isn’t just a cope, its obviously what Nintendo and GF were thinking as well.
But to be fair there is potential for DLC to add some pretty cool shit what with the gameplay loop that SV introduced and all. Grinding mats/LP + bringing back raids + open world presents A LOT of potential that will probably be wasted.
Maybe we’ll at lest get Battle Tree 2.0 not likely
The real meme is expecting DLC to add more customization, best case scenario you will be able to wear existing NPC cloths as a single item (shirt/pants.)
As far as DLC is concerned: Expect the worst, hope for the best. For the rest of the game: 6.9/10 - Too much land.
