So how did you go about exploring the region? Did you have a route planned? Did you explore every square inch of before going to the next area or did you run straight to each town? Did your team influence your route?

i rushed to the end with guides to start with tera raids and ranked battles ASAP...

only to find out that there are no ranked battles yet and you cant join tera raids.

I did it mostly in the order that the levels progress except I did Grusha as the 6th gym and Mela as the first Star raid. Those two + the last Team Star boss were by far the biggest challenges I had in the game. Easiest was the Dark Team Star guy because I thought he would be harder but it turns out he’s actually the easiest.

Ran around catching every pokemon in an area then moving on to the next. Did gyms/titans/team star in between every few areas in their set order.

Played the whole thing start to finish co-op with a friend, so we decided to go back and forth deciding where to explore or head to next. Ended up kinda zigzagging all around but it ended up making sure we combed through most areas pretty thoroughly by the end so it worked out
