Are the lores of the European regions connected or not? Many things add up but others not so much.

>Kalos was at war with at least one neighbor nation 3000 years ago.
>King AZ fires ultimate weapon from Geosenge
>Ultimate weapon looks like a crystal flower.
>Anistar City ends up with a huge crystal which is turned into a sundial.
>Anistar sundial unlocks all megastones for the player.
>AZ becomes immortal as a side effect.
>Simple evolutionary stones
become Megastones as a side effect.

>Paldea has a huge crater in its center.
>Paldea is the only region where pokémon can cristalize themselves, or found cristalized in the wild
>But researchers believe the Great Crater already existed longe before the war.
>2000 years ago the Paldean Empire is formed.
>The emperor believes there is a treasure at Area Zero which will help him to "stand against neighboring countries".
>Great Era of exploration lasts 1000 years, gives no results, is a waste of resources.
>200 years later the Paldean Empire unites into a single entity, modern Paldea. The Academy is founded.

>A meteorite carrying Eternatus falls into Galar 20000 years ago
>Eternatus is dormant until 3000 years ago where for some reason he requires consuming Galar's energy to survive.
>Eternatus causes the Darkest Day. The energetic chaos results in the Dynamax Phenomenon appearing in wild pokémon and chaos in society.
>Zacian and Zamazenta stop Eternatus and become legendary heroes. But Eternatus's energy keeps leaking into the region, creating the power spots.

There seems to be a connection between the ultimate weapon's energy, Eternatus being supercharged and going berserk, and Paldean cristalization.
