Now, from which kind of pokemon we came from? No definitive idea....but here is my idea/headcannon/Fakemon idea:
Human origins come from one of the oldest (If not the first) Fairy Pokemon species. Elf/Fair Folk-like Mons that came from Dark-Type ones, but started getting "Magical", and developed the Fairy-Type, and also highly intelligent.
The Fair folk began as Fairy/Dark, and from them, many(Or all) fairy pokemons species spawned, plus other pokemons that evolved differently...including humans.
Humans were mutant "Elves" that lost the Fairy connection, and developed more Normal-Type and some basic other type (Fighting? Psychic?). Then humans, altought being weak,started developing a higher intelligence and also using the few fairy magic they still innately had, to change their bodies to be less pokemon-like.
