This raid is buggy as fuck
Charizard gets to act and cleanse debuffs before anyone gets to select anything. His HP bar was going up and down all over the place.

I don't think emulator bros will get to partake in this raid.
But at the very least, pkhex will soon have this event charizard available in its Encounter database so we can inject it later.

I've noticed that they've hard limited the Charizard raids that can show up on a screen to one at a time. This seemed like a negative at first, but I've been able to join literally every single one. I'm assuming it's limiting everyone to one at a time specifically so people get funneled into different raids rather than one person's raid getting signal boosted by chance and a ton of people getting fucked over at once. Iron Hands could work. Fighting does neutral damage against Dragon types.
Iron Hands really only has troubles with Ghost types, and maybe also types that resist Fighting.
But he does okay against Dragons. You just gotta watch out for Charizard's Hurricane, I guess.
