>>52771160Stop trying to deflect your inanity towards me, young man. The fact that you people can't understand the basic blocks of fictions should give pause to your statement. I don't find pleasure over this. in fact I've grown to find it even more icky than before. Realizing that Pokémon share the space of innocent natural creatures, to learn that their construction and attitudes mirror that of dogs and cats by choice and reading all these perverted posts is enough to give any decent person pause.
The issues isn't consent or that they're sexually active, the issue is that Pokémon don't occupy the space for it to be right. Pokémon are creatures that are treated like cats and dogs, that have the attitude of cats and dogs and are also creatures that occupy that space in-universe. They don't occupy the space of being people. These are creatures that eat dry food out of a dog bowl, that exhibit zoomies when excited and they also chew on shoes, these are creatures that simply want to be friends with you like a dog wants to be friends with a person. They're deliberately constructed to mirror creatures that are naturally affectionate towards humans in the real world and I bet many people can see that. It's a big part as to why Pokémon resonate strongly with people in the real world, despite being fantasy critters we can see how they reflect creatures from the real world. This becomes very apparent from reading the product guide from 2010 because TPC set guidelines up to safeguard this construction from 3rd parties.
In short Pokémon are not people, they're not human so we shouldn't impose anything on them. People here need to be honest with themselves and just admit they want to have these icky fantasies with critters that follow orders and are socially subordinate to their trainers who also have the mannerisms and thought process of dogs. No ones owes you to play into these delusions and mirages, let's be honest with ourselves without sugarcoating.
