The first time, she comments on how it's "cute" Serena and Goh's black-red-white clothing colors match, which was perceived as a Gohrena tease when that was a meme for a week; the second time, in chapter 15, had Lisia actively flirting with Goh much to Dawn's discomfort, ending with Serena dragging Lisia away by force as Lisia told Goh to "call her". The latter scene spawned jokes about a dark ending to the fic with Dawn getting cucked, which escalated in a Dawn thread just the other day where they started bullying Dawn in increasingly aggressive NTR scenarios, using both Chloe and Lisia; finally, an anon said he was inspired by both the flirting scene and by Dawn general deciding to go full-bullying on Dawn re: Lisia and Goh, and he drew that picture. Needless to say, many sides were shot into orbit.
