Fuck Nemona

No.52940356 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
Nemona was the single biggest missed opportunity in pokemon history

what we could have got

>bitchy class president student council leader prep girl
>you move in across the street from her
>she is on punishment because she was battling in the courtyard past curfew or some shit
>her punishment is helping new kids get started with a pokemon
>when you meet her shes a complete bitch who resents having to help your dumbass out
>you help out miraidon who chooses you, she immediately becomes threatened by you
>as you get stronger she becomes more and more threatened by you, to the point where after your 6th or 7th badge she tells geeta youre cheating because you have a legendary
>geeta investigates and observes that your legendary cant battle, and asks you and her to have a battle where you win
>geeta lets you off the hook and punishes nemona
>she resents you further
>eventually she challenges you outside the pokemon league where you beat her ass again
>she is humbled by this experience and begins to appreciate you for the talent you have
>when you become a champion you become proper rivals
>eventually you and her face off at the final academic tournament instead of geeta
>here she has a proper story arc, goes through real development, and you actually want to get better than her because she was such a bitch to you in the beginning of the game.

what we got

>female hop with a sexual fixation on pokemon battling
>just "sees it in your eyes" that youre gonna be strong
>literally stalks you your whole journey to egg you on while canonically as student council president she should have 8000 better things to do
>forces herself upon you, can't ever tell her no or to fuck off
>if she was a male character acting like this it would be objectively creepy, especially since your character model is so much shorter, and therefore younger, than her
>makes the champion rank look not only easy, but inevitable, instead of actually something to strive for

what gives?
