Quaquaval, even if you don’t like the execution, has a ton of personality. The dancing, the flamboyance, it makes for a very memorable mon.
Inteleon is just a guy. It’s supposed to be a secret agent, but nothing it does beyond the finger-guns conveys that, so 99% of the time it’s just a bland cartoon lizard man.

I've warmed up a bit more to it thanks to the animations but the fact that it looks more like a duck centaur more then anything's a bit off. Just fix the back and make the legs bend like an actual bird's legs and boom.

I hate them both, but I like the gay duck more because while it's got a specific theme, it isn't so out of left field, birds dance in reality I guess so it at least has some basis that isn't too hard to roll with.
I just hate the whole secret agent thing Inteleon has going, Pokemon is a series where suspension of disbelief isn't hard, but Inteleon fucks it up somehow for me

I dunno, even though I dislike it, I think their heart was in the right place with Quaquaval since it fits the region's culture. Intelleon is just awful all around, did they decide on a spy because of James Bond or something? Come on.
