Mine has the aluminum shell, the new screen, the USB C rechargeable battery, and maybe the sound enhancer, idk.
You could probably buy and assemble it pretty easily if you have an old GBC for the actual hardware lying around.
Its so worth the price, I think I paid like $150 for it. Its so nice though. Feels good in hand, you aren't going to scratch it, screen has brightness settings and looks awesome and the one I have is the right size, AND the battery lasts goddamn forever.
You can also buy metal gameboy cartridges here, which is pretty sick and they have GB pocket aluminum shells that you can put a GBC into essentially.
