In Pokemon you basically go around getting revenge on people, beating them in pokemon battles, taking their money, and dismantling their organizations.

Violence and revenge should never be the answer. If you kill your enemies then morally you're just as bad as they are. Not to mention, if you kill a murderer out of revenge, then the amount of killers in the world remains the same.

Revenge is never the answer. Polite discussion and negotiation are the real solution. Asking them nicely to stop. The thing about taking down these "criminal" organizations is that you don't take their feelings into consideration. What drove them to take those steps in the first place? Why did the members of Team Rocket even Join in the first place?

See, the real lesson is, we're all human beings. We are all worthy and valid. We should never seek to "defeat" someone else. But lift each other up in a loving and positive way.
