Pichu, Togepi, Cleffa, Mime Jr, Munchlax, and Wynaut are cute.
The rest don't have any reason to exist - especially Riolu and Toxel, which were introduced in the same game as their evolved forms and the fact that they can't breed is arbitrary and stupid.
also I hate toxel so much holy shit that's gotta be one of the worst designs in the series
