Did it with these, maylene and sonia for def drops till late spam trainer move so guzma doesnt miss the last dynamic punches. Sonia with the potion and endurance nodes. And guzma miss till a big 8-10stack and pray till he dies. Had to retry sometimes cause of the potion refreshes

It’s easy, once you build up to 400 scout points (36,600 gems - 12 multi pulls + 2 single pulls) you get to pick a unit of your choice, which 99% of the time is gonna be the featured unit.

“Restrained” prevents a Pokémon from switching out, so for all intents and purposes it does nothing except enable some unit’s multipliers, and for any opponents that need to be statused to deal deal damage like some of the legendary arenas.

Last year, Special Costume event themed after Alice in Wonderland, year before that, Easter Seasonals. So basically, there's some kind of fanciful Springtime-flavored event. That being said, they could always switch things up.

As a new account you’re maybe better of pulling for Bede as far as meta is concerned. Or wait for the rerun banners later on the month. Not that Hop isn’t good or anything but his main appeal is fighting zone, and that’s not something you’ll get much value out of if you don’t have other strong units to run him with.

Keep your gem for now. Wait until you are sure to have enough for pity. Neo Champ Marnie is insane even at 1/5 but not for NC Hop. His gimmick is for setting Fighting Zone and you need another Fighting unit to make it work. At 1/5, he's good at debuff but that's all about it. You need at least 3/5 and EX to make his sync move worth it. IMO, he still deserves a reroll. Usually, people will focus more on the support unit that can be EX-ed, which is Bede.

Try to do all Legendary Chapters because these are the most powerful pair you will use the most, the rest depends on the situation. I see that you did it right thing when prioritizing Xerneas first.

I beat her with Sonia, Iris and Cheryl. Mostly because my Sonia was only 1/5, so I needed extra healing output. Since your Sonia is 5/5, Melony is the better teammate because you can just put up a status shield instead of resetting for Healing Hand 30% procs.

Why would they introduce a new region or group of characters during a (half) anniversary, where interest in the game is likely near its peak? It makes more sense to drop them in a month where not much else is happening, that way they can sell anni alts AND new characters.

They're introduced in the villain arc or it's a quarter assed one segment "story" with maybe an epilogue. Anyone who played the Victor, Melony, Gordie event was like wow was that it where's part 2? Sonia and Allister were brought in through holiday events and that was basically around when the villain arc started. Had to give iris CS2, yamper with flinch tackle for proc doing tank/heal, and Lapras with sync regen.
Sync lapras for regen, then yamper, and unleash hyperbeams non stop with iris before enemys 2nd sync.
Melony + lapras is so weak, defeence needs a buff because main role was just defending against first toxic.

This stage was retardedly hard if you don’t have an on-type EX striker, I had to cheese it with SS Wally, SS May/Blaziken and SS Hilda (Atk/SpAtk debuffs from Wally, lots of sync cooldown, Def debuffs from May, Hilda striker EX sync) and still just barely cleared it.

I think they wanted to give a fighting type move so his Max move boosts Attack just like how his poison move boosts Special Attack. So his only choices were Focus Blast which wouldn't benefit from the attack boost, Rock Smash which is weak, and Brick Break which is weak. Though then again they put Earthquake on Charizard so what do I know.

If you had to pick one, considering only their abilities and not any personal bias you may have towards the characters and their Pokémon, Diantha is objectively the better choice. Emma is “just” a strong poison striker who has an additional handicap compared to the other strong limited strikers in that her main damage dealing move literally gets locked unless her conditional (poison) is active. Diantha on the other hand has Rock Zone, quick Def debuffs and pretty solid AoE damage when Rock Zone is up.

Charizard has an attack stat. Gengar doesn't. Brick Break would've been a hell of a lot better of a choice since it breaks barriers. Drain Punch takes up too much gauge and his bulk is too shitty to attempt healing memes

Hop is stronger than Diantha overall (high sync damage, solo potential), but it's not a crazy difference. Probably best to just go with whichever type you need the most support in. Worth noting Hop's banner will run for over a month still while her's ends in a day.
Lounge requires the base unit. Most of them are available in the general pool, so it's not worth going out of your way for them.

Right. You don't pull for them specifically, just get them incidentally while pulling for the banner unit. Banner units have a 1-2% pull rate but 5-stars overall have a 10-12% rate so you'll get a lot of them naturally over time. If you click the "offering rate" button at the bottom of banner pages it will show you a big list of all the units you can get.

There's various theories as to why Paradox Pokemon exist, since they conflict with the game's lore both in S&V and in previous games.
The only thing people can do is just wait for the DLCs to drop and then maybe we'll get some answers.

They are probably just from very different timelines, possibly “in the past/future” but Suicune is a relatively recent mon created by Hooh in the main timeline. Unless he periodically creates suicunes every era or so.

Masternerds ,i have couple of questions for you.
First of all,i like the game and it's various aspects, graphics as well. I played it in the past and uninstalled it couple of times because after all the summon and crystals you get for free the game becomes incredibly boring AND,even with a full powered up unit (for example: i had N-zekrom maxed out along with supporters like lillie-clefairy ) and still couldn't do shit against tornadus boss event. Besides this,the farmable amount of gems is incredibly god fucking damn low as,it has been the case for 98% of gacha based games (wich i already play couple: HI3 ,DuelLinks and pokeland legends) .

Now,to the questions:

1-It has been at least 1 year and half since last time that i played,and I'm willingly giving to game one LAST chance (they say 3 it's the charm aye),due to the ads spamming the events in wich they give lots of gems,plus the welcome back bonuses. Is it really worth it ? Has the game been improved to some extent, gameplay wise etc.?

2- Is there any guidelines or tips that i should follow about team building and shit to advance and have fun in the game?

3-Is it STILL necessary to summon the last banner units to get a hold on the newer events? (this one shit that i do fucking hate about gacha games)

4- Did they ever added a fully functional multiplayer mode ?

Thanks in advance ,any tips/advice that you wanna throw is more than appreciated and will be helping me on decide if i should install this pile of garbage again

When you get the banner unit on your first pull, is it more efficient to level up their moves with candies? Is there any reason to re-run the banner? Or should I be content with that and save gems for later? I'm thinking the latter makes much more sense, but idk if there is ever a reason to keep spending gems.

Hasn’t the game been piss-easy for a while now? There’s extreme battles that you might miss out on if you don’t pull the featured unit and don’t have the required units to F2P clear, but that’s only 300-900 gems you’re losing which is really nothing.

If you’re F2P, absolutely save your gems. Unlike some pool units that are practically unusable until 3/5, few if any limited units NEED more than 1/5 to function. Most of the time the extra tiles are just nice-to-haves that make a good unit even better.

1) Not really. The game has legendary gauntlets and a couple of new story chapters that are themed around villains in each region.
2) Get a good support/tank and a good DPS (either striker or tech). There are ways of optimizing shit (zones, passives, etc...) but the game has never been hard enough to need that.
3) It's literally never been necessary to summon banner units. There are Extreme Battle Events designed specifically to get you to pull the newest banner unit but people can consistently clear them with, more-or-less F2P teams using just standard banner units and freebies.
4) There was a fully functional multiplayer mode at launch. There is still no PvP however.

You sound like a huge bitch that unironically got filtered by a gacha game being too difficult for you. I encourage you to not reinstall because it's pretty clear you don't enjoy the pokemon characters/interactions enough to make up for your obvious dislike of the gameplay.

Thanks for the advices but i didn't got filtered.
