Xavion had a legendary (I think) that he could fuse with it. The MC probably got experimented on as well, so the final battle would be two monsters fighting for supremasy.
The MC wins (obviously), but I feel he will open a rift in space or some interdimentional wormhole. A way to seal Xavion for all eternity. And drags it with him/her.
Obviously this fails because Xavion pops out, but I feel there would be another fight with a weakened version of pokexavion, and then his soul gets trapped in a Dunsparce.
As for the MC, now that Xavion is inside a body where he will never escape, rejoins the void, knowing that the old Zirca suffering ends with him/her, so he/she takes the exile sadly, but glad to have saved the region.
