Well they’re decent. But if by improve you mean, “how do I get more views?” then I’m not gonna hold back. First, I would work on cutting down all the unnecessary fluff. Your intro already took too long and if I was an ADHD zoomer I would’ve clicked off already hence why they don’t have any views. People only have a limited amount of time in their day and they’re not gonna spend it watching something boring. Your commentary also needs to be purposeful and preferably more enthusiastic. I notice you make some statements like “I love X.” Alright… what’s the point of that? Say why you love X or how this is essential for me to know otherwise it’s just more unnecessary fluff. It’s always a plus if someone points out something I wouldn’t have on my own because the video feels more “valuable”. Editing, and audio quality need to improve more too but that’s a long journey for you to figure out yourself because it’s hard to explain.

When I say improve I mean how do I get better at what I’m doing not “how do I get more views” the shorts are just fun side projects and views for my channel isn’t that bad with my most viewed being 14k so not really worried on that part. I just enjoy making stuff to make it. Also YouTube shorts have a minute long requirement so I can’t go into full detail about every little detail like I would on a main video so that's why it's more besides I like it because this. Also personally if you’re a zoomer and leave because “intro too long” I’m fine for not having you around when the intro is 4 seconds but I get your point just don’t care to appeal to. also for being more enthusiastic I don’t like t o be all HYPE LETS GO. If that’s what you mean. I personally just can’t fake that and I also don’t care for most poketubers or content creators who do that. I get it appeals to some but it's more annoying to me which is why I like people like Liam Triforce, and ThorHighHeels. I also would say the videos aren’t really supposed to be informative as much as I feel like you think they’re supposed to be. It's more look at the models and why I think it's interesting. Again the minute time limit doesn’t help much it's again why unless I feel it's important like the exclusive shiny colors a simple I like how it animates is or at least I feel should be good enough. As for editing how would I improve that and same for audio because that’s more what I would like to know how to do and not you just tell me they need improving and then say “it’s too long to explain” if you feel it needs to be better you should be able to explain why since you did fine with the other stuff. I legit can’t work with "too long to explain" if you can’t explain how. Thank you though for taking your time to reply.

You could utilize the limited window size better. Even on a monitor it looks kinda small. Crop the gameplay to the action so that it fits the vertical window. If your unsure, try viewing it on your own phone.
And don't just screenshot serebii info. Most of that isn't even relevant and it wouldn't take much effort to make your own. Species and moveset and maybe pokedex index is all you need.

I would say on phone looks fine to me but I'll keep that noted I can probably make the gameplay it's self a little bigger for sure. The Moveset info and dex number is on screen at the top. I do double check to make sure the thing I do use from Serebii matches the in game stat stuff since I do understand some stuff can not be reliable. Which is why I avoid them for the most part besides the pokemon stadium 2 stat thing I did use. Any other info just comes from the game itself and what i'm seeing Thanks for taking your time to comment.

So looking at it I can easily shrink down the stat screen at the top for sure and I'll see what I can come up with for my own design but I'll be honest just lazy when It comes to that since the shorts aren't as important as a main video but I'll keep it in mind

If these are just fun side projects why do you care about improving then? Just make something you want to make exactly how you want it. I can tell you exactly what you need to improve but you clearly don’t like to listen to criticism given all these counter arguments made for nobody because I gave you exactly what you asked for, feedback. Getting views and “improving” generally go hand in hand because the better a video you make the more people want to watch it. So if you want to improve then you need to realize exactly how dogshit your shorts are and fix those weaknesses, otherwise don’t even bother asking next time because right now you clearly don’t want to “improve.”
