Miltank isn't necessarily a bad idea though, since they need at least 1 generator to charge up Miraidon, so you can potentially lock them lategame.

And sleeves need to be opaque to prevent players from identifying a card from its backside. That's also why your sleeves get checked at tournaments. A damaged sleeve can be changed easily, a damaged card need to be bought again.
