For example, toxic will still put heavy poison status on it, but it won't take damage unless it became weak to it somehow. Moves like gastro acid or soak still take full effect, and non-damaging status conditions do so as well (paralysis, freeze, sleep). Shedinja can still kill itself with typeless confusion damage.
