Friendship simulator would be great, the freindship is rated with stars on a social media, the higher the friendship you get stronger battles, better in-game trades, better prices for winning battles against them etc.

The friendship is leveled up making successful mini-adventures like those random USUM interactions.

They can't do that since they would need to limit the mechanic to humanoids and shapeshifters to avoid accusations of promoting bestiality. GameFreak is too lazy to give specific interaction mechanics to only specific Pokemon. All Pokemon need to get the same.
