It's neat, seeing all the old memes again, remembering dozens of Snivy trollfaces. It's like playing Binding of Isaac, and remembering that Pride's trollface and forever alone, and Envy's trollface and pokerface were chosen, not to be corny, but to represent their character using contemporary memes. The "R U A WIZARD" pill has long outlasted the meme; I bet people who start with Afterbirth think it had to do with wizards being weird or having to be magic to properly hit something during it, rather than referencing some guy being cross-eyed.
On a related note, /mlp/ currently has a thread up of a guy archiving and sharing a bunch of 2010-2013 pony fandom stuff. I haven't looked at it yet, but it seems charmingly earnest.
