>>53855323They did an awful job at it considering the main story of BW ends at the second lowest levels of any pokemon game, meaning you’ll be getting most of these evos during the E4 or later. Compare it to Kanto, where the pokemon obtained later in the game (Slowpoke, Grimer, Koffing, Ponyta, Rhyhorn) still evolve at relatively high levels to get mileage out of both forms, but aren’t retardedly scaled in relation to the region. Gamefreak realized their decision was retarded too, hence the player being able to get 3 of the lategame evos at low levels in BW2.
