Why do you think ground is so common??? It's because without ground, electric would have no weakness, ground is so important because it's the only ring that can check electric types

What the fuck are you taking about?Ground is good offensively because it has Earthquake a 100BP/100acc move that everyone and their mom gets its and it’s strong against 5 types. Nearly all Electric types are abject shitmons and the type is hard carried by a handful of shillmons and Eleki.

The only real problem with Electric is that almost all the Pokemon are functionally identical. Most of them are good to decent but interchangeable, which can make most of them hard to justify using when one does come along that stands far above the rest.
