Kanto Misty's voice is a little higher, but it's medium pitched. Misty mellowed out, and Lillis' take reflected that well in AG.
You want a truly bad Misty? Either of TPCi's picks sucked ass (Reba Buhr sounds WAY too old in Masters), and Michele Knotz initially just replicated Hoenn era Rachael Lillis in MoMP before then bootleg Iris in BW116, and the WORST Misty voice ever in English, SM-JN.
Misty is stuck sounding like nasally young woman vs a girl via TPCi's current dub, just awful, TPCi screwed her and Brock hardest IMO of the protagonists.
