Totems aren't like that, the ultra energy or whatever from the portals makes them grow.
Titans are similar, its the special herbs that make them grow bigger than natural.
So I guess if you start with an alpha, yeah you could have all three at once.
Same with dmax, its yet another embiggening energy field thingy.
So I think the max size for totems is 2x
the max size for alphas is 5x (!)
I don't know how big titans are but I could see them being 5-10x
and dmax is something like 16x
Even without dmax (say) a pidgey would be like 50ft tall
and with it, its more like 800.
