Another reason why there's much more (out of the closet) bisexual women is that the vast majority of porn is made by and for straight men, meaning that there's a lot of focus on the women, a lot of content with lesbians etc. That makes it really easy for women to explore that side of their sexuality, it's hard to avoid really.
For men, it's a bit harder. You kinda have to go out of your way to stumble upon gay porn or other kinds of porn that has any sort of male focus. The rising popularity of femboys and the likes in the recent years made it easier for men to act on homoerotic feelings they might have, though. But even then most men don't want to be open about it because you still get judged for it. A lot of bisexual men are told "you're gay, you just don't want to admit it" and stuff like that. Which is funny cause it's exactly the other way around for women, they often get to hear how they "just want to be special" and are "actually straight".
