>>54235931>competent hack checks99% this was a HOME Tracker issue; most traders (bots, paid, etc.) leave the HOME tracker blank because every Pokemon is assigned a UNIQUE tracking number when it is uploaded; you cannot spoof it, and any trader Switch has CFW and isn't connecting to HOME to get one. You CAN still use these "illegal" Pokemon in SV with no issue, and can even trade them 'locally'.
So if the VGC looks at a pokemon that DOESN'T exist in SV (coming from PLA, SwSh, etc.) and it DOESN'T have a Home tracker, it is obviously illegitimate, as you need to send it through HOME to get it on your game.
The fix is braindead simple: upload the Pokemon before using it. That he is so fucking stupid to not know this, and not upload/download his mons once, earns him this DQ.
