I saw them again walk by and I followed them a few blocks by taking my break to talk with them. I found them sitting down kissing outside a small outlet. The girl was all over him. As soon as she gave Red a chance to breathe I approached them by saying nice costumes. Red barely said anything and his girl did all the talking. She explained it was their pokemon trainer outfits and not a costume. They just moved in a couple of months ago and are new here. They really look like the characters and I would feel bad exposing them. Red was standing behind the girl the whole time avoiding eye contact with me. I have their pictures.
