Something about 4chan that a lot of you younger folks dont know/get is it's relentlessly ironic. 4chan had "zoomer humor" levels of irony down to a T a full decade before you faggots claimed it for yourself. Even I was annoyed in the early years, parsing through what's sarcastic and what's not. Then what happened is at some point 4chan's influence spread not just memes but the TONE of internet discourse to the point that twitter and facebook, not just reddit, started to show signs of incorporating light elements of "4chan culture" to the point where I think in recent years 4chan, naturally containing a core of stubborn people, autists, and stubborn autists, have 180-ed back to being more "genuine" than ironic, while a lot of the oldfags here still act like it's 2006. It's a confusing mess if you don't know the history.
Of course, there's the chance your pic related isn't trolling, and even so, I defer to my initial statement: one person is enough for you to be that mad? Obviously taking advantage of irl kids is bad, but I'm almost equally wary of the witchhunting mob of moralfags who are really just seeking what they feel is a valid reason to unleash their inner bestial nature. Basically what I'm saying is until he starts posting pizza and showing he's got kids in his basement then you can't assume he's done anything to earn your ire and you're being a karen.
