At first she was mean and arrogant with the MC or her other classmates, but the next she is suddenly her best friend, enough to exchange her personal deck for a girl she hadn't given a shit about days ago.
The way in which the series imposes a false ideal of positivity among players is absurd, it's as if each rival thanked Eva for beating them.
