I think you need to raise a Thyplosion from a Cyndaquill while letting it prey on Ghastly & Yanma, letting it eat whatever tubers are availible in swampland (which isn't a popular spot for fire type trainers due to water and ground types) and practice mixing shadowball with will-o-wisp.
