Thing is, they forgot to gimp the Hoeen starters like they did with Johto's, and only saddled Hoeen with two worthless babies instead of 8, and actually let the Hoeen Pokemon shine in Hoeen, so they compensated by making infecting sevearl Hoeen Pokemo with SFMA syndrome.
