This pokemon design isn't as bad as people make it out to be. Its just forgettable and there are far worse designs out there.

I literally had no idea this design existed until I played ultra moon like 3 years later so encountering this thing was quite the jumpscare. Ironically ended up making it more memorable for me.

It has base 105 attack, it doesn't really need the boost. Especially if you use band or life orb
