None of the entries for either sets of Paradox Pokemon have any truth to them ( you don't seriously think Scream Tail predates multicellular lifeforms, do you?), and the truth is that, as if right now, we have no idea where these things actually come from - just that they aren't really from the past/future, because the only reference to that is in the made-up news rags.
