She's not quite forgotten, per se, but she's few people's favorite. She had a very small presence in the anime and newer gals from the games are a lot more, I dunno how describe it, extreme I guess? Flashy? Stand-out-ish? She can't compete with with such a big and glamorous roster. I'm pretty sure one of the devs or higher-ups in Masters has a thing for her, based on how many alts and shit that she's gotten. Apart from that, the rest of the franchise kinda treats her as a B-lister at best. Now that she's done her cameo in BDSP, the literal last time we're EVER going to see her in a game (apart from Masters) is if the PWT is in the Gen V remakes, which is a longshot. And after that, she's basically dead in the franchise. It's not like the Anime has any reason to bring her back.
