God I feel this. It feels like my husbandos are one of the few things keeping me sane as of late.
I can crochet/make amigurumi, so I've been considering making an Ingo doll for myself. The human amigurumi dolls can look really dorky sometimes though. I've only see one that someone else made where I liked the way it looked, and it had a lot of details that looked like they were sewn out of felt and my hand-sewing skills are good for crocheted pieces but not much else. Maybe I'll give it a go sometime though.

I still like to think that all the Doubles-only trainers have an instinctual appreciation for each other in a world where almost everyone does Singles. If I was in the Pokemon world, I know I sure would, anyway. So I guess he would become a fan of Raihan and Ryme, and probably also Liza and Tate? I just want them to all get together and talk shit about the rest of the pokeworld.
I still don't acknowledge Evelyn though
And I also like the headcanon of him appreciating other Bug-type users (although Emmet is the one with more Bug types, Ingo might also be a bug autist since he has Crustle and Accelgor in Masters?)

Yeah, it's weird they went that route when Raihan is supposed to be young, it would ask the question of how many years there are between Gen 1/2 and Gen 8, because it couldn't be the same amount of time as between releases or Lance would be fanboying a toddler. But the anime is the anime where Ash has been 10 years old since the 90s so maybe the continuity is just totally different over there.
Wouldn't Lance being a Raihan fanboy kind of be like an older man getting really into a recent young idol/eboy? Kind of kimoe when I think about it like that. Lance's E4 winnings are going straight to Raihan's onlyfans confirmed

There's been at least one report of a Japanese person who went to an art exhibition to promote BW over a decade ago that recounted seeing concept art that hasn't seen the light of day since, and apparently they had concept art for Ingo and Emmet where they had their hats off. It seems like its just cut very short, they also have official plushies released a while ago with their hairline in tact and it really is just some kind of buzzcut. The receding hairline is unique to PLA Ingo, probably to make it even clearer that he's quite old and has been in Hisui for quite some time. It's pretty sad. I would have tried to find the twitter post about the unseen concept art, but it looks like the account or the tweet itself is missing.

Personally, I don't really mind differing hairstyles myself since hair is dynamic and can change, but people who draw older Ingo and Emmet with full heads of hair are absolutely cowards. I'm biased towards them having neatly combed hair under their hats, but I feel like they officially probably have buzzcuts because neither of them want to worry about their hair getting messed up by their hats if they're wearing them all the time anyways.

BDSP's models were surprisingly complete (judging by the pics I saved from some thread). I don't know if Lucario NEET ever took off his head in-game but if not...there he is.
Models also don't have black voids as crotches, which was surprising to see. Some models look like they wear spats while others even had what looked like texture lines? for where the panties would go (not all - I think Lass is one of those, though). Was kind of bizarre to see considering you'd only ever see that if you rip the models or on the shiny, shiny ground in a Pokemon Center.

I find it interesting how much their hair differs from artist to artist. Personally, I don't like when artists draw them with super fluffy or just with a lot of hair. I agree that they'd probably keep it trimmed short.

It's difficult to get a good pic because its so high up under their hats, but I can confirm the plush dolls have a basic, straight buzzcut kind of hairline. It looks like pic related, if not a bit higher.

Personally I prefer keeping things canon whenever possible, but I still think they're cute no matter how much/how little hair artists decide to give them

I highly doubt that he remembers anything outside of a just barely recognizable blur that he feels like is important but can't quite understand why, but I'd imagine that with so many cultures in the world that there's SOME kind of autumn celebration in Hisui.
