My mushroom items from when I was 10 could fix this:
Gold Mushroom
A rare gold mushroom found in a dense forest. When eaten, it permanently causes a Pokemon to become shiny.
Red Mushroom
A spicy red mushroom with black sword patterns. When eaten, it makes you or your Pokemon male.
Blue Mushroom
A super-sweet blue mushroom with pink spots. When eaten, it makes you or your Pokemon female, in addition to maxxing out happiness.
Black Mushroom
A very bitter-tasting black mushroom with sinister purple skulls. When eaten, it causes you or your Pokemon to become genderless by permanently cutting off your ability to feel love.
White Mushroom
A tasteless mushroom, which has blue heats, red swords, and black crosses. It instantly heals permanent injuries and lets you confess even unconfessable sins.
