"格好いい" can mean good but in recent years and especially paired with "半端ない" it means cool and any japanese person could tell you that.
I'm too lazy to dig up articles about ChatGPT or other LLM's and their efforts to "reduce gender biases" but I can assure you that's what's happening. If the google translate page could show you more options it could but it can't add HTML elements to the page so it has to choose one. If you still don't believe me google "chatgpt gender biases" and see the results. There's already manual muzzles on the programs so they don't say the wrong thing.
It's foolish to presume Google Translate, who has been "bettering itself" for going on 7 years now, would be free of such things.
