Plus, it doesn't necessarily have to go bipedal. Could stay on all fours or be somewhat of a hybrid, also like Ursaluna.

I also want to get more pokemon like that. Kinda like Ash Greninja and Eternal Floette. An idea I had is to have some kind of dojo in which there is a singular female Gallade which evolved from a female Kirlia that really wanted to be a fighter.

That's what I mean. You can evolve Meltan in GO but only in GO. If you transfer Meltan into LGPE or SWSH you cannot evolve it. This Ursaluna (blood Moon) can't be obtained through evolution

No the special hat pikachus are regular pikachus for all intents and purpose.
The starter pikachu you get in let's go has buffed stats.
Pretty sure that even if it could hold a light ball and kept it's two busted signature moves the 50bp +2 priority electric type move and it's paralyzing scald it still wouldn't be the most broken non legendary mon.
