Blaziken is neither a top tier starter design nor a bottom tier starter. Like, you can't tell me it's the worst starter when Rillaboom exists, but I you also can't tell me that the first furbait starter is the best design either, especially when stuff like Torterra is around.
It does it's job for being a decent alternative to the better design of Swampert, and not much more.
