Garganacl careful nature max iv/ev special defense wide guard is was my answer for that FUCKING cancer tag battle fucking stack of gold coins fuck gholdenigger.
A personal special sauce from my adventures in doubles OU, even if it was way less reliable because of nerfed wide guard.

I have a golduck (ducky) and toedscruel (taste t.) on reserves too. I think I'm subbing in ducky to replace bunny since she's dead weight until I can get lopunnite.

I think now that I can reset EVs I'm going to properly train it and see if it helps, but otherwise i might just replace her with scolipede

Yes I got that slightly wrong. I ended up remaking the teams in FRLG/HGSS and its those that ended up in Home. I did store the Gen I/II teams in Stadium 2 for a while but unfortunately I had to sell my N64 and games a couple of years ago

I've been meaning to use Xatu for a long time now.

I only rate teams that:
>are of gens I - IV games
>are in-game screenshots (no trainer cards, graphics etc.)
>aren't a rom hack
>aren't nuzlockes/challenge runs
>aren't degenerate playthroughs (e.g. all female pokemon, all furry team etc.)
so at the moment, there are no more teams for me to rate.

Doing a Bruno run in Yellow with Onix and the five Fighting types. Also planning a DP Flint and Volkner run in OG DP (Flint in Diamond, Volkner in Pearl) with Skunktank as a 6th member for Flint (hot gas, learns Flamethrower when it evolves) and Pachirisu and, most likely, Golem for Volkner (Pachirisu is the last Electic type in DP, and Golem because its Alolan form is an Electric type and I don't see any other mon fitting from the 151 in Sinnoh)

Team update. Beat Sophocles and currently on Route 12

I ended up breeding a Vulpix from a Ninetales I transported from Yellow VC (my Starmie is also from Yellow)

I planned to have it catch up in levels with the Exp Share while I play the game, but I find it's not levelling fast enough (even with Refresh boosts) while the rest of my team feels like its overlevelled at this point

Problem is grinding in Alola isn't great otherwise

I think that that’s a really cool idea. For your Volkner team, you could also use a Whiscash. It gets Spark as an egg move because it’s partly based on the Electric catfish, which is a real thing.

Yeah, I though of Whiscash and some others, but I wanted to use something other than a Water or Normal type, since Volkner already has an Octillery and an Ambipom. (I forgot to mention this in my original post)

Playing Wilting Y (and going through Kalos for the first time).
I'm currently filling out my dex on route 5. I really like this region's aesthetic so far, especially the first two towns but the camera constantly zooming it when in the city is gay af.
I haven't decided on a full team yet so this is the best I got for now. Will replace Farfetch'd with a Sentret later though.
I'm fine with difficulty hacks but holy shit why tf does the first gym has mach punch of all things especially when like half of Violet's mons are fully evolved while all of mine are first stages and shit like Sycamore's Charmeleon having fucking dragon rage when I have mons that barely have 40 hp this is so gay

What ability does your Pinsir have? If it has Mold Breaker, you can pull off some seriously game-breaking shit against Morty. Teach Pinsir the TM for Dig that you found at National Park, and it can hit through Gengar's Levitate for massive damage.

Also, based Misdreavous user. Smack Thunderbolt on that thing as soon as you obtain it.
