Cynthia's next appearance is slated for the Gen V remakes. Either they include her in Undella Town as a surprise fight; or they include her in the PWT; or possibly both depending on how they handle the inevitable remakes. Do you think she'll show up in the anime before then? She remains one of the most popular characters in the franchise, so I doubt the execs will hold off on using her.
